No respetaron nuestra confirmación. Simplemente, nos quedanos sin hotel. Esa misma tarde tuvimos que buscar otro, que por tiempo no reunía las condiciones de comodidad que nosotros buscábamos. En definitiva, NO recomendamos hospedarse en Tropical beach hotel. "

"Loved the pool and the fact that the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, they even went through the trouble of bringing “manzanas de agua” from the tree,clean them and served them pool side on a plate with salt on the side. No charge for this, just kindness. When I decided to stay an extra night they figured out how even without a reservation. Gracias a todos. I will return. Pura Vida! "

"Loved the location. There a was a few weird things. Like hardly any blankets. They had like a basic thin sheet as blanket. The pull out couch is not for sleeping at all. Shouldn’t be advertised as an additional place to sleep. But the location is great and it was clean. Cute interior. "
