My trip had to be canceled due to two members of my party becoming ill the night before we were scheduled to leave. On Thursday night, 07/14, I sent a reschedule request to the host, but have not heard back from him. In fact, I have reached out to the host at least three times from the time I booked the reservation and have never received a response to any of my messages. Is it common practice for hosts to ignore guests who spend their hard earned money on their properties? I would just like to know if my reschedule request was accepted or not, please. Thank you!
