「Hotels.com with the hotel have some payment issue. When I check in the hotel front desk staff said that i need to pay for this trip, however, I already fully paid when i booked the hotel. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that. Also...

「The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. There was a good selection of tea and coffee and soap, shower gel etc. The pub and restaurant attached was fantastic and the food really lovely. We will definitely stay again」

「Lovely bedroom and bathroom. We were very warm and comfortable. Would suggest install a small handrail when going up the two steps into the bathroom would be a great help for the less able bodied. Really enjoyed being there and hope to return. 」

「the reception staff were welcoming and informative, We had a clean, spacious bedroom with all the facilities of coffee, tea, TV etc. The breakfast selection was good, although they had run out of bacon half an hour before breakfast was over.. The hotel is located near a bus stop into Lichfield city so it was very handy for us.」

「ドレイトンマナーパーク（トーマスランド）から歩いてすぐです。タムワース駅からはタクシーを利用するのがおすすめ（8ポンドくらい）です。帰りもホテルのフロントにタクシーを頼んだら、タクシー専用電話で自分でかけろ、と言われました。朝食はテーブルに置いてある紙をよく読めば目玉焼きとかを無料で作ってくれます。」
