It's an hour from the airport to the hotel. The location is excyans I would strongly advise the Sky Bar. The Petronas Towers are straight in front of you. Hotel staff are exceptional, respectful and nothing is a problem. Well worth the stay...."

"The location is good. The suite smell musty. We had to get the staff to spray the room out, open the windows and get the air conditioning running. The shower head has mold and needs a good cleaning. Kitchen needs a good clean up too. There’s no cable or satellite tv, you have to use utube and the content is not current. No phone, you have to use WhatsApp to contact the staff for help with your issue and needs. I understand we’re in a changing world but hotel services should have human interaction by phone either for emergency or basic services and oh my goodness a tv you can just turn on and watch something. Not good!"
