A spacious living area with a large, comfortable eat-in kitchen, a reading room, and a shower room with a washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor. The living area provides access to a large sun terrace.

Upstairs, there are four spacious double bedrooms, each with a shower/whirlpool bath and an additional separate toilet. The basement houses the swimming pool, sauna, and a second whirlpool bathtub.

The ground floor offers unobstructed views of the garden and the Szczecin Lagoon. There is also access to another terrace with a barbecue, beach chair, picnic table and benches, and garden access.
