「We stayed here for 27 nights and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Communication from the hosts was poor throughout our stay, making it difficult to resolve issues in timely manner when they arose. The room we were given was not the room we originally booked, which was frustrating from the start. Housekeeping was also lacking. 「People at front desk are really nice. Our room was very clean and nice.」

「My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. He also coordinated transportation to the train station the following day and put us in touch with someone who provided private transport everywhere we needed very affordable. Margo is the actual person at the apartment for day-to-day needs. She only speaks Spanish, but with Google Translate we had no issues and she met all our needs for towels. Pillows, etc… Great location for...

「The perfect stay, very easy to checkin and constant communication to make sure I was happy and if I needed anything. Strongly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city...
