Park in the two designated parking spaces and drop off your suitcases at this pretty semi-detached (on one side) triplex house with an enclosed garden.
On the ground floor, once through the front door, your eyes are naturally drawn outside: magnificent views of the rooftops of Socoa, the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and the cliffs of Sainte-Barbe.

A large living room, opening onto the terrace, is divided into a dining area and a relaxation area. On this same level, you'll find a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a sink right under the window so you can enjoy the view at any time!
Above, a cozy mezzanine with a sleeping area (140x200 sofa bed) and an office.
Finally, on the garden level, there are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The first (two single beds, 90x200) has access to the garden via a terrace. The second (two 90x200 cm beds). They share a bathroom.
The whole apartment is warm, friendly, and easy to live in. From the terrace, the sunsets or the city lights at night will make your vacation unforgettable.

Come and discover for your greatest pleasure its beaches, its nautical activities, its restaurants of traditional recipes and its pediment. A stay in the Basque Country is always linked to the party. You will enjoy a rich and varied animation: Basque pelota, Basque force, Basque and Spanish dance, Basque songs, but also a historical heritage with the mythical Fort of Socoa, the Tower of Bordagain, the lighthouse, the chapel and the port of traditional fishing.

Location à Socoa

Séjour d'une semaine. Maison très bien située et très bien équipée. Excellent contact avec l'agence immobilière. Tout était parfait.
