It was also a really good move by the resort to have a WhatsApp group that had all the staff on it so there was always someone able to assist our requests. "This is not 4 stars hotel. This is 2 stars hotel. The pictures are photoshops. The beach is not swimmable, there is big pallet of garbage, old decaying seagrass with plastic and other garbage - nobody is cleaning "the beach" - never. Everyday 4-6h no electricity (what it means you cannot take a shower). The pool area pictures - taken like 10 years ago. Now everything very dirty and teared. I can talk and talk about this scam.
