"Had an amazing time while in Antigua. The location of this place is great if you want to be near the action, but far enough away to have a quiet secluded stay. Check-in was easy and effortless. Keyless entry was amazing and made it for one less item to carry. "I could have given 5 or 4.5 stars, but due to some minor details, the TV that I couldn’t get to work. I was inadvertently compelled to use my phone. Oh, wifi works very well too.The space is super clean, communication was at just once slow when needed. The location can be more explicit especially for foreign guests, even the locals didn’t find easy to locate. As for comfort, it was a home away from home.Going in and out was splendidly easy for me because I later found out a friend lives not very...

"Galley bay is a place that when you get there, it exceeds the pictures! It was absolutely beautiful. Most of the main staff was extremely helpful, the only small issue we had was the staff that tended the bars were sometimes very snobby and made it feel like we were bothering them when we asked for drinks. Other than that it was paradise!"

"So as a solo traveller English Harbour has many amenities to include restaurants, car rentals firm etc. Antigua Super Yacht Marina is very central to these amenities. The property is impressive however the staff was on another level and should be commended. The check in was flawless and the availability of the staff to provide guidance was commendable. "This was a very peaceful resort with limited resources. Be prepared to be in a remote location without multiple options for food or shopping. This is truely a place to enjoy the scenery and be at peace with yourself or partner. The rooms were clean, cool and the plunge pool was delightful."

"Vintage type property which doesn’t take away from the elegance, however foul smells are present when walking to and from rooms, water pressure in bathroom is good and hot, soaps are good towels are ages and have been in use for a while. WiFi on the property is excellent, barely any dead zones. Food is ok, wide enough variety however the flies and birds can get annoying while enjoying your meal and it is open air seating so it gets hot. Shops aren’t very close but a taxi can get you to and from the town quickly. Not many activities on the resort and it’s more laid back and quiet if that’s what you like, I was fine with relaxing. Mini fridge was always stocked and included with stay. Not all rooms have a tv so plan accordingly. Beds are comfortable and the views are amassing, it is a hilly resort so a lot of ramps and stairs to get from the rooms to the front desk and to the buffet. Overall the property is good, it needs renovations in the restrooms available to the public, more water stations outside of the buffet would be good, I didn’t tour the entire property so not sure if there were, staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I would stay again with the knowledge I have now, also it rains every other hour it seems so have an umbrella handy, also an insulated water bottle would be helpful with plenty of sunscreen. Drinks from the bar are good, there’s enough wine to knock you out with every meal."
