最高の空間、心地よいホスピタリティのオススメホテル
2018年7月に2泊し、とても快適でした。オススメホテルです。 スタッフ（オーナー？）の方はとても親切で気配りが行き届いた方でした。 日本円とトルコリラの両替や、タクシーチャーターの手配などお願いしたら、快く手配してくれました。 トルコ全体に言えることですが、朝ご飯はとても美味しかった。 部屋は壁に自然の石の模様が入っていて素敵でした。 シャワーの湯量、温度も問題ないです。 一つだけ欠点があるとすれば、私達が泊まった部屋はロビー階の前庭に面していたので、かつ洞窟ホテルの特性上、近代的な内装ではないので窓枠の立てつけの問題で密閉性が低いので、前庭で歓談する他の宿泊者の声がかなり部屋まで届いたことです。 ただ、それを補ってあまりある、素敵な景色とホスピタリティでした。

a hidden gem, a must go hotel!
This was one of the most pleasurable stay in a hotel for us in a few years! The hotel is a hidden gem! will highly recommend to anybody going to Cappadocia. it is a real cave hotel (our bedroom was carved from the rock). very well located. excellent service. Ali is a great host and his sister- Ferda, a great guide! Breakfast is a real treat- a fabulous big Turkish spread (12 kinds of cheeses, 10 dips, breads, 5 kinds of olives, nice coffee- all served on the table in little bowls). Mehndi (the caretaker) is extremely helpful- always there to serve drinks and food and anything else we needed. such a great place to stay!!! will come back again, for sure!!

Fabulous Family Hotel with Outstanding Service
I experienced a fabulous stay at the Cappadocia Hotel, the owner Ali and all his staff provided outstanding service, including a Turkish breakfast and also dinner. The food was exceptional, and excellent value. My room was perfect, comfortable and functional. This is a real family run business that takes pride in delivering a wonderful experience for their guests. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent cave hotel in Urgup
Fantastic stay at this very nice cave hotel. The host and the hotel crew was extremely helpful and friendly. The view from the terrace just outside the room was outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic.

I liked the way they have made the hotel in the mountain. Hotel rooms are caves. No need for air conditioning. Friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. Never had such a nice breakfast at a hotel. Fresh mountain air. Local traditional bazar down the hill. There are stray dogs around the hotel, but not dangerous. Overall a memorable experience.

We had a lovely time during our stay at the Cappadocia Hotel. The host was very kind and attentive (we even got a breakfast bag to take with us on out early flight out), breakfast was great, the view was amazing. We had to get used to the dogs in the neighborhood barking at night, but with the windows closed at night it was alright.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Cappadocia Hotel. Great price, great food, great service! Ali, and everyone who worked here ensure we had a pleasant stay, and even organized all our activities. Although Urgup is a quieter part of the city, it was a short drive to the city-centre and everywhere we needed to be. Would recommend!

Dear Pablo;Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback.First of all ı want to learn why you are not happy with us in spite of we try to make you happy.You arrived at the hotel, you didn't pay the service fee when you should have paid, we paid, then you paid us. Even though I wanted to inform you at the entrance, you didn't listen and you kept repeating the same things Thinking that you were tired, I took you to your room and then continued. I think very unhappy about the cancellation of the balloon. I made your room in the upper category free of charge because you look like you are still not happy. Even though there was no problem, I could not make you happy even though I tried my best. Such an evaluation did not surprise us. Love the preserved natural cave setting in the quiet and clean area of Urgup. View was amazing. Host and staff were very helpful and friendly. Amazing, very delicious all inclusive breakfast. Will definitely visit again :)

Wonderful in every way. I felt like home, the kitchen staff is just delightful and the food…. Just like my mothers love. I will recommend this hotel to everybody. The office guy was just impressive he arranged all my activities and I had a wonderful time! Love this place!!!

Merhaba Gökhan Bey; Rica etsem yorumunuzda berbat olan şeyleri belirtebilirmisiniz lütfen.3 gecelik konaklama esnasında gayet gayet mutlu görünüyordunuz ve bize hiçbirşey bildirmediniiz.Keşke bildirseydiniz ücret iadesi yapardık ve erkenden çıkış yapabilirdiniz.Ama bu berbatlık çıkış sonrası başladı.Çünkü minibarınızı komple boşaltıp hiçbir ücret ödemeden gittiniz.Bizim sizi arayıp bildirmemiz berbatlığı ortaya çıkardı.Bu berbatlığa rağmen sizden ücret talep etmedim.Ve tüm bunlara rağmen hala kötü puan verebiliyorsunuz.Berbatlık bunun neresinde?
