From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, the room was beautifully appointed with classic charm and modern comforts, and the location offered stunning views and easy access to the heart of Bath. The tranquil garden and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true escape. The only slight letdown was breakfast — while the quality was good, clearer communication from the serving staff would have made the experience even better.
