「部屋自体はとても清潔感がありキレイで素敵でした。立地的にもトラムの駅の目の前で観光なら最高の場所です。基本的にはとても満足しました。 ただし、エレベーターがなく重い荷物を持っていたので、大変でした。また、受付に人がいない時間があるのでチェックアウトに多少不便でした。部屋にはゴミ箱（トイレの物）が1つしかなく、ごみを捨てきれなかったです。 毎日清掃と書いてありましたが、滞在中清掃はされませんでした。歯ブラシはないので、宿泊時には忘れずに持って行った方が良いです！」
