「We booked a room and arrived at check in. We were assigned a room that was completely torn apart. We went back to desk to inform them. They forgot and said that room was supposed to be blocked off. No other rooms available although website showed a Jr. Suite. Left stranded to have to find a place to stay last minute in a remote area. We will not book there again.」

「Over all a very nice stay. The room was spacious and welcoming. However, it needed updating, and had mold in the shower and peeling wallpaper in the hallway. The breakfast was delicious!」

「Basic room with a fridge. Nice TV with modern user interface (can stream from phone ) . Can hear next door and upstairs but not too bad.」

「The in-room hot tub was great, and a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Waited 20 mins to check in (no staff in sight) Property advertised breakfast… it was a grab lunch bag of a juice box and granola bar… and at 7:30am they had run out so we were not given our “free breakfast included” Our bathroom was so small and congested, while standing or on the toilet you could not shut the door (room was so tightly engineered with ZERO PRIVACY while pooping.) In the am, staff were no where to be seen or found for check out! Worst hotel ever!」

「It was very clean and we needed an extra bed and they brought us up an air mattress and bedding in like 5 minutes and get friendly!」
