"It was 5 degrees in Whitehorse when I checked in and the air conditioner in the room was on high. The room was freezing. I called front desk and they said the thermostat heater works but takes quite some time to warm the room. Not helpful. Toilet too was plugged."

"Room was very clean and cozy, fit everything you could need into a small space! Loved that it was walking distance to everything we needed. Only con was that voices and footsteps really carry from the unit above - not a big deal if guests have a similar bedtime to you, but very loud when the ones ..."

"This was a relaxing, cozy spot to have as a base for exploring Whitehorse and the area. It was a very lovely touch to have a basket of scones, some local coffee and jam waiting for us upon arrival. Check in and communication was seamless. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. ..."
