「The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety.」

「A lovely gem of a place and town. Charming, clean and safe area, just lively enough with eateries and shopping. Safe for quiet strolls at night. Locals were friendly and welcoming. And the property itself was immaculately, clean fresh and beautifully styled. Perfect little convenience touches like Nespresso in the lobby and rooms and laundry room available for travelers. 「No doubt, excellent hotel, however location is a bit far and steep upward slope from the railway station (1.5km?) for us as railway travellers and thus needed to take a taxi. Room was clean and spacious with kichen facility. Staffs were very friendly and well-trained.」
