アップチャーチ ホテル

「I woke up in the morning to use the bathroom after I use it. I floss the water and the bathroom was broken. That was really nasty.」

「The hotel was very nice. My only confusion was that upon checkin I was informed that since I booked through a third party, they could not accept any other discounts such as AAA. I could only use AAA if I had booked directly with the hotel. Lesson learned.」

「they overall layout」

「good place to stay」

「The property is under construction and I think for the sake of transparency it should be on the website, they front desk staff (Josh) was really nice and when anything was needed they got it and brought it up to our room. They did have buffet breakfast but we didn’t eat there due to construction… The facility was clean when you enter the establishment but the hallways where the rooms are were under construction so plastic on the grounds and work equipment in other places… the people that stayed...

「Exceeded my expectations, as most chains of this nature leave a lot to be desired. The only complaint was the shuttle service to the airport. We were advised that it ran 24 hours. Then told it would be an Uber service that the hotel would book and pay for. Then we were advised that we had to cover the cost. You definitely need to get this fixed, as it clearly stated that there is free shuttle service from/to the airport.」

「This was a fraudulent transaction. I do not live in Raleigh so I don’t like say I did not enjoy my stay 😂」

「空港へ送ってもらえるサービスがあることが良かった。」
