「No staff support at all Were given a suite and apparently we were not supposed to use one of the bed’s although the person who let us in the room didn’t say anything and I mean ANYTHING about the room I barely got the info about leaving the keys on the counter we were checking out very early the beds by the way had not been changed they were crumpled like they had been slept in but no one was around to say anything about it to Late afternoon that day I get a call saying I owe 50 dollars because...

The young man in the morning upon check out was equally as profession and efficient. 10 out of 10 for the staff. Bravo! 」

「Lovely place to stay, setting is great, staff friendly, especially restaurants staff Disappointing that restaurant was closed Tuesday morning, therefore had to leave for breakfast out in the town.」

「Elevator broke and had to use the stairs. 5 flights with no offer of assistance. No apology. Did not even tell anyone the elevator was broken. No signs. Nothing 」

「We stayed there last weekend for 2 nights while on a sled trip. The warm garage is amazing! And the I don’t think you can get a bad meal from the restaurant. Room was clean and the staff were friendly. All and all can’t beat the companion 」

「Staff very cortuous but the place is really dated. The bathroom door wouldn't close, towel bars were off the wall. The bed throw cotton sheet was full of holes. The soda was in disrepair, springs were broken, hence sat really low. 」
