「This was a fantastic hotel. Great breakfast, huge room (especially next to the stairs), clean and friendly. In fact, on a big road trip with 10 hotel stops, I mistakenly booked the wrong night at this location, and I didn't realize the mistake until they called to confirm. Happily, they were able to switch it to the correct night. The gentleman at the desk was very attentive to the buffet during breakfast.」
「My accessible room was across the hall from the hotel’s laundry room. The door to the laundry room was always left open. I was awaken from a sound sleep a minimum of 4 times as the washer and/or dryer doors were “slammed” shut! Not a comfortable stay. I need to say that this behavior seems suspect if not intentional.
