"Breakfast was horrible choice. We had to go eat out, even though we paid for breakfast with our reservation. Most of the things were not working in the room. The bathrooms had fungus in the top area and also rusted rods. Shame on Expedia for reading this hotel so high and charge so much money for it. I called Expedia and customer service failed to help."

"Hard to believe this hotel is a 4 star! Kitchen was tiny and dark with no amenities like a kettle or toaster. There was 2 knives for 4 Adults and no spoons or forks in terms of cutlery. Got 2 towels between 4 Adults, when I asked for more towels all that I received was 2 bathrobes. The staff were friendly and the pool was nice but in terms of 4 star quality this was very disappointing. "
