"I liked the room for the most part with only two negatives. Room was quite cold at check in and it took a while to get the temp regulated. Eventually turned system completely off for the duration of our stay. I noticed the bed felt pretty soft and unsupportive and both my wife and I awoke with sore stiff backs."
