"My reservation wasn’t paid for even though I paid on Expedia. My room wasn’t clean. There are minimal amenities and only one elevator working. No ice machine. "

"Positives-Staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the night staff who helped with the constant slamming doors we were hearing from the guest above us. Food was good, typical continental breakfast. And there really are tons of things for kids to do. Playground inside is nice. Downsides-kids not allowed in hot tub. Pool cold and some of my kids would not stay in it due to temperature. Very outdated rooms. Noise in poolside room was very loud. Constant slamming doors scared my kids well through the night till staff intervened...sounded like someone was banging on our door it was so loud. Some arcade games cash, some you had to purchase card..would have preferred either one or the other. Bathroom in room super tiny. All in all 3/5. Well worth 80, 150...not so much. "

"The host was great. Provided detailed driving directions and the lights were on when we arrived with lovey music. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and just overall a very beautiful space. "
