"the outside look is a little deceiving. It is a slightly dated motel, but the rooms are clean, beds are very good, very clean linen, and showers/sinks are up to date. And the prices reasonable"

"The ladies at the front desk are so nice. They made my stay feel comfortable. As a single female I appreciated being put in a room close to the main office. The facility was quiet and conveniently located. "
Urban Float - Private Heated Pool & HotTub & Firepit
10/10 Excellent
"A group of 5 lady’s in their 50’s decided to go to the renaissance festival, a few of us have never been. We decided to come the night before and found this amazing retreat!!! With a pool!! First thing we did upon arrival was blow up our floaties and hop in the pool. Ahhhhhhh… next thing you know it’s 730 so we cooked dinner in an amazing kitchen!!! Hit the hammocks and fire pit afterward. The bedding and amenities are top notch!!!!!! Restful night!! I will be back with more girls just to experience this delightful, hidden, gem. Owners were amazing and courteous with responses. Experience this property!!"
"It was a perfect place to stay within downtown Colorado Springs! The homes in the area are beautiful and from a time before cookie cutter construction became a thing. We were also within short driving distance to anything we needed/wanted to do. The neighborhood was also very quiet too. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had and their instructions on check-in/out were clear. We stayed in the upstairs apartment above the garage which has everything you need to feel at home. From the kitchen being fully appointed, plenty of towels/washcloths in the perfect sized bathroom, to the comfortable memory foam mattresses on both the king size bed and pullout sofa. We never felt cramped and the stacked full size washer/dryer was a plus since we washed a couple loads before heading home. There’s nothing better than getting home with a smaller to-do list after a 12 hour road trip. We booked this as a last minute getaway and were not disappointed at all. Don’t look past this property!
