Everything at a glance when I booked the room seemed fine..but me being a Hotel Manager myself I saw many things they could improve on. 1. Customer Service- We booked a 2 night stay and prepaid. First morning 10:30 am got a knock at my door by staff saying in not the nicest way that it was time to go! I thought hmm go where. They should check to make sure they have the correct check out date before being rude. 2. I called before booking the room to confirm we could bring our SERVICE DOG. Person at the resort was kind and said yes there would be no fee for a service pet. At check out they wanted to charge me for our service dog being in the room stating they would have to deep clean the room. Hmm again in my mind thinking when was that room last cleaned properly. The upstairs had mold mostly likely in the walls. We had to keep the back door open most of the time just to breath. I now have a respiratory infection 3. The air conditions didn't work that well. We had to keep resetting them. 4. Make sure you read their booklet in the room as you will be doing their job for them as you have a strip all the beds, towels and trash and clean yourself and remove them from the room. smh!!

Never stayed at a place with two floors, very cozy and pool area inside the center is salt water which is great with a hot tub spa side, both very warm. Stay was great because of the rehab center next door I could visit my brother during the day and this being walking distance was peak <3

Very nice property with whirlpool and sauna in private chalets. It is a true getaway
