10/10 Excellent

"The house was clean with a lot of amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need to cook with. Instructions were simple and they didn't add a bunch of "check-out instructions" on top of the cleaning fee which was nice. Kylan was quick to text back and help in anyway we needed. Only downsides were the check-in/check-out times were a bit early/late and the wi-fi was not great. I just relied on my cell network instead. Secluded yet close to anything I needed. Great place!"

"We weren't aware the pool on Sundays close at 9pm. Them Monday the outside hot tub was closed. Our coffee mugs had red lipstick on them. We asked for extra bedding and never received. The hotel and the ambiance is gorgeous, hand down a must stay but they need to make sure the rooms are cleaned to standard. Just know parking isn't free but there's no other place to park. Parking $15"

"We stayed here for 1 night. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The people in the room above us seemed very noisy. Not sure if it was thin ceiling or loud guests. This was close to everything in Hood River. We would stay here again. I do wish they had a hairdryer and iron in the room. They may have been available at the desk upon request, I didn’t think to check."
