The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table and an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the same level. The upper floor consists of one room with sloping ceilings and a double bed, as well as another room with sloping ceilings and two beds. The house is heated with gas, and the floors are carpeted.
