"Pros: Location in the mountains is superb, very friendly& supportive staff, fair price Cons: Only very small windows in the appartment, thus dark and nearly no chance for fresh cold air in the night. Due to the size of the location the pool was overcrowded and too less sun chairs. Photos better than reality."

"The place was amazing and as advertised! We enjoyed the area very much, the views are amazing! We shopped at the local market and enjoyed dinner in both nights we were there. If we are back in the area, we will stay here again! Saverio was very attentive and gracious. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier! "

"Ottimo appartamento, molto pulito e confortevole"

"We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed the rural quiet location. The suite was a great size for two, clean, easy parking and the drive into any of the hill towns and villages was easy. Gwen was a wonderful host she knew the neighborhood and locals villages with suggestions for side trips and places to eat. Would happily stay again. "

"Fabulous stay. "

"The apartment was spotless! Cool and spacious, a 3-min walk to the Perugia bus and train station. A perfect home base for day trips in the Umbria region. And host Riccardo is kind and welcoming. "

Clean private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Host was very lovely too, we need an iron and we could borrow it with no fuss alongside ironing board. Very...

"Het uitzicht was prima, het bed lag ook wel goed, maar ventilatie was niks, waardoor het S’nachts bloedheet was. Het was een verouderde garage, ik zou niemand aanraden dit te boeken. Van park en spa heb ik ook niks gezien."

" La casa pulitissima è molto bella, l’host molto disponibile e gentile, risponde sempre e anche subito. La posizione ottimale per fare il giro dei mercatini e di tutta la città. Consigliatissima "
