Sleeping 2 people in with a master bedroom on the ground floor and a spacious open plan living area on the first floor, The Den is the perfect cottages for couples.

Living room: 2 seater sofa, 1 seater chair, TV, DVD player.
Shared spaces
Wash facilities, games room, the bar, the farm, the forest, the dog walking fields, the sauna.

Please note there is a communal wash facility with an industrial washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board - additional costs may apply, please speak with the owners on site regarding cost and availability. The games room is shared and accessible as per the times in the welcome pack, pool table, dart board, xbox. Also table football, table tennis & Air Hockey on request. The bar is open on select days throughout summer, please check with the owners upon arrival. There is 17 acres of woodland with paths.

If bringing a dog to the property, please notify us ahead of arrival. There is an additional charge for dogs at this property. If bringing more than one dog, please check before booking that multiple dogs are accepted.

Please note the cottage sleeps two in one double bedroom, two additional guests are welcome to make use of the handy sofa bed.
