On the lower ground floor, a third bedroom is available, fitted with 1 bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a dedicated shower and WC. The upper floor is home to a bright and elegantly appointed living and dining area, complete with a separate WC and access to the outdoor terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. The property benefits from an entrance hall and features a total of 2 terraces, one measuring 20 m2 and another of 15 m2, both furnished for outdoor relaxation and dining.
