"We absolutely loved our stay at Het Witte Kasteel Tea House, and were sorry we did not have the opportunity to stay longer. It was a perfect location for our daily excursions, was quiet (with an abundance of birds), and so very peaceful. The Tea House was fully equipped with everything we needed, and more. "It was smaller than I expected, but that was due to an error in the listing. It said 3 bedrooms, while they meant 3 beds. When I pointed that out to the owner, he immediately changed it. He was very friendly. The kitchen and leisure room are clean and as described, it's a pity that the fridge can't be used though, since the kitchen is shared. "Great place to stay for Efteling. Right next to the park, with its own entrance. Rooms are top-dollar but they're big, clean and comfy. Restaurants are fine, with a nice breakfast menu and good dinner selection. Some of the menu is nouvelle-style - fish portions are tiny, for example, so look around and clock what looks good on other plates. I recommend the bar snacks platter, enjoyed it for dinner. The staff are amazing - so friendly, and Famke was just so helpful when we had ticket issues, incredibly professional. Only snag - no snacks and drinks at reception, all has to be bought from the bar, where it comes opened-up."
