"Tried to get in contact with owners, no answer. Was trying to get extra towels early in our stay and then check out early. Only ever received automated responses via Expedia messenger which I guess they don't see? Parking is fairly rough, don't rent a large vehicle. The lot to park in is on a VERY narrow street with other cars crammed up to the gated entrance. Great if you are in a small car or on foot! "The room was spotless, roomy, and supplied with updated features. Large flatscreen, plenty of USBs, touch controls, etc. Breakfast was well done with plenty of variety. Coffee machines offered any kind you’d want. Staff was exceptional!!! Especially Alicia, who went well beyond expected actions to assist us in changing plans and ensuring complications were eliminated."
