"The room was very clean. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided with milk, sugar and a kettle. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, sweet pastries, cereal, yogurt and full cooked scottish of your choice. Definately would recommend."

"This is a wonderful property that was a pleasure to stay in. It has so many lovely features and nice touches. The kitchen is very well equipped and the communal area is particularly pleasing. "Fantastic situation which suited us and our 2 dogs perfectly. You need to be organised with food due to the nearest shop being over 30 miles away but that being said we found some fantastic eateries on our road trips around the area. The negatives are that the ceiling are very low the stairs awkward and narrow and the condition is basic. Take chairs with you so that you can enjoy the sun trap garden. Luckily we had really good weather (last week in Apri)"
