The Space:
Your home away from home is within easy walking distance to Mollymook Beach, one of the South Coast's most popular beaches with ideal conditions for surfing, body boarding and swimming, plus grassy reserves perfect for picnics, relaxing and watching the kids at play.
If you're looking for something without the kids, try a round of golf at the Mollymook Beachside Golf Course then check out prestigious Bannisters Resort featuring Rick Stein's Restaurant and a pizza and cocktail bar, or visit one of our local wineries including Cupitt's Winery and Bawley Vale Estate at Bawley Point.
The beauty of the local area is that you can do as much or as little as you like. Climb Pigeon House Mountain, go bush walking, or pick blueberries at Clyde River Berry Farm from December-January. Enjoy a fishing charter, snorkel, kayak or hire a stand up paddle board at Narrawallee Inlet and visit the historic township of Milton to browse the boutique shops and enjoy lunch at one of the many cafés – the opportunities are endless.

Please Note - This is a large house, guests have access to the downstairs unit of the house and the owners of the property will stay upstairs from time to time – the main foyer, plus driveway, garden and backyard are all shared.
Important Notes:
- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details.
- Unfortunately this property does not provide Wifi
- Strictly no pets
- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.
