Freshly renovated beachside family home at beautiful Mollymook. 2 large living areas & big secure backyard. Beach is at the end of the street (3 min walk), Stunning Hilltop Golf Course is across the road.
Easy walk to beaches, Golf Clubs & Bannisters. Short drive to Milton, Ulladulla & south coast delights.

The house includes everything you need for a fun & relaxing getaway - including a modern & fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine & coffee plunger. 3 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms (inc ensuite off Master Bedroom), 2 large living areas inc new fireplace in rear living area, comfy lounges and new 55" HD TV with access to all major streaming services (own streaming account required).
The home features large windows & is light-filled. There is a large private & north-facing courtyard at rear with Weber BBQ, extendable outdoor table & firepit (firewood supplied).
