The Space:
Fathoms 2 At Mollymook Beach is a unique resort style apartment located at Fathoms, right opposite famous Mollymook Beach. Offering reverse cycle air conditioning through out the unit and a flat screen TV in the main bedroom. The outdoor setting has been recently updated that so you can relax. This grand resort style complex offers relaxed living set amidst generous lawn and garden areas. It boasts a full size tennis court with rackets and balls, swimming pool with noodles and leisure area, electric BBQ's with picnic tables. The lounge room offers a selection of books and games to keep the kids busy on a rainy day.

A short stroll along beautiful Mollymook Beach will lead you to shops, cafes, and the 9 hole golf course with adjoining club.

Important Notes
- Linen and towels are included however please be sure to pack and bring your own beach towels
- This property is not pet friendly
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled

Loved the location across from the beach. Loved the swimming pool too. Plenty of room and beautiful kitchen. Free wifi and comfy lounge.

Family fun

Was very suitable for our family, kids loved the pool. Had wifi, smart tv, everything to be comfortable and relax. Would definitely return.

Location is fantastic. Pool and tennis court is great. Listing says wifi but we couldn’t find info anywhere and could never get a hold of the property manager. Beds are pretty hard. Needs some upgrades around the place.

Fathoms Mollymook

The unit was a great size for our family, with every amenity we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location across from Mollymook Beach was amazing, the unit was clean and quiet and it was lovely for our toddler daughter to have the pool and large yard to play in. Will definitely be back.

This was a great place to stay, clean and functional and fantastic location very close to beach and surf club. Will definitely come again.

Very disappointing

Overall the housekeeping was poor. Bedlinen was very tired and stained and in desparate need of replacing as were the scatter cushions on lounge. The furniture on the deck appeared as it had not been cleaned for months . All in all the property was way below expectations and the expense paid in the main due to poor housekeeping and maintenance standards.
