About this property

Holiday house right on Mollymook beach

  • Wake up to the vast panorama of the Pacific Ocean outside your bedroom window. Open the front door and start your day with a gentle stroll along the beautiful Mollymook beach.

    Back at the house, a choice of three decks awaits you, allowing you to choose just the right setting for planning your days' activities, stretch out to the sound of the surf and warmth of the sun, or just laze around and do nothing.

    The house is a two story brick residence, in a large garden setting located on Beach Road at the northern end of Mollymook Beach. The upstairs floor has two large bedrooms, - a master bedroom, with magnificent ocean views, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room, dining room and well fitted out kitchen. Front and back verandas extend off these living rooms. Downstairs is a large family room with queen bed, kitchenette, and living area, and a second children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds.

The host was fabulous and provided very good communication prior to and during the stay. The house was in the perfect location for easy strolling access to the calmer north end of Mollymook beach and easy to walk to multiple dinner spots and bars. The house was in excellent condition and had everything you could possibly need. It has obviously been renovated and was fabulous for our family holiday.

We loved this relaxed open plan house with a fabulous view of beach and ocean plus space for everyone to relax and enjoy…great location close to Mollymook shops opposite northern end of beach. Perfect place for us to unwind after a family wedding!

Fabulous stay in the perfect location

Loved staying at this well appointed house opposite the northern end of beautiful Mollymook beach. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Eight of us had a wonderfully relaxing time, which included dinner at Rick Steins, just a short walk away. Fabulous!

Great beach outlook

Didn't quite suit our family as we had 2 toddlers with us and the stairs were a bit of a problem. No curtains in the bathroom we were able to fix by putting up t towels for privacy. Our family enjoyed their stay. it was close to the beach and walking distance to town

Holiday at Mollymook

The house was just what we wanted, very well stocked with kitchen equipment, the veranda both front and back were large and well used. If there was any criticism it was the building site next door and the noise at times. Maybe a blind would have been nice on the dinning room and lounge. I think during summer it would get quite hot in these rooms.

Overall a pleasant house located directly across the road from Mollymook beach and with good ocean views. Renovated top floor with a well-equipped kitchen and open-plan living area. The second bathroom could perhaps do with an upgrade. The small evaporative cooling unit was not effective during warm nights and proper air-conditioning would make a big difference to overall comfort.

Unbeatable location

What an amazing beach house! This property is in an unbeatable location. Across the road from Mollymook beach and within easy walking distance to the shops and a five minute drive to Milton. The balcony with ocean views, the back deck was great for bbq’s and there was plenty of space for the children to play. Our guests were family from USA and Australia and we will have lasting memories from this trip.

Perfect location - being right on the beach was great Or a short drive to Milton or Ulladulla for shopping, bushwalks etc. House was great for 8 adults, with the choice of 3 separate outside spaces. Beds comfortable and good sized bathrooms.

Great location and house

The perfect house for a family holiday with kids. Right across the road from the beach and close to nearby shops. The house itself was clean and supplied everything you would need (including baby/kids cutlery and plates) The only negative of the stay were the beds. They were a bit uncomfortable (particularly the downstairs double bed) and probably in need of an upgrade. Will definitely book here again!

Another wonderful escape

We waited so long for this escape and it happened on the third attempt! It was everything we hoped for. A beautifully appointed place to relax and escape from real life. Fantastic walks on the beach, the great experience of watching the beach and the wild weather from the comfort of the living rooms. Thank you agai!

Fantastic Location

Amazing view. As soon as you walk up the stairs. Very comfortable, homely feeling. Fantastic for families. The children loved exploring the back yard. It was an oasis. So close to the beach and shops. Fantastic location. Loved listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Would love to go again.
