"I booked Welcome Happy Guest House via Expedia for June 13–15 and emailed multiple times about check-in around 2:45 AM on June 14—but received no reply. When I arrived, there was no reservation, the owner was unreachable, and I was left stranded with nowhere to stay. This was unprofessional and felt like a complete scam. Avoid this place at all costs."

"The apartment is awesome, not just a tourist bed but a lovely equipped flat looking like someone is regulary living there. Mende was there to handover the keycard in time and as agreed via WhatsApp - even earlier than the official check in time, what was perfect after an 18 hour travel. The 22nd floor is nicely quiet at night far away from the busy road. It's a gated community with security service and it's super safe. "We arrived late after a long travel day, hoping to just get a warm shower and rest — unfortunately, this hotel made that impossible. The check-in staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which already set a bad tone. When we got to the room, we found that there was no hot water, only cold — and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call the front desk. The room looked like it was still under construction — unfinished and awkwardly arranged. One nightstand was placed randomly in the room instead of beside the bed. Speaking of the bed — it was extremely uncomfortable, basically a rock-hard surface with a few thin pads pretending to be a mattress. The balcony door didn’t lock, which felt unsafe. There was no proper lighting above the bathroom sink, making it hard to use the mirror. The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and poor quality. We were so disappointed that we decided to leave early and check into another hotel. This place has a long way to go before it should be open to guests. Would not recommend."
