I booked three rooms in this hotel more than one month ago before we checked in. When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one room available in this hotel, and other two rooms were assigned to a neighboring hotel (which used to belong to Puma Imperial Hotel but recently transfered to other new hotel). Therefore, we split to rooms in different hotels. We are satisfied with either of these hotels, but our only dissatisfaction is that we have to go over to the other hotel for each breakfast.
The hotel does not have good communication with Orbitz. I had booked and a confirmation from Orbitz. However when I showed up, the hotel was full. They did find a neighboring hotel. My advice is call the hotel after booking to insure you have a room.
