"If I traveled to Keszthely again, I would pick the same place. The owners were very hospitable and very helpful in arranging extra activities, like our bike rental. Practical bonuses: a fridge in the room, a coffee maker in the main hall, complimentary tea and coffee; all making it possible to grab a snack before going out in the morning. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, whereas the lake, the beach and the center of Keszthely are within a walking distance. Overall, I would recommend it...

"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...
