Vacation apartment on Lake Constance—compact, idyllic, and affordable.

The approximately 45 m² vacation rental is located in a quiet area near the forest, just about 3 km from Lake Constance. It offers the ideal starting point for relaxation, nature walks, and excursions around Lake Constance.
Our vacation rental can accommodate up to four guests. Out of consideration for all guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment is located in the basement and has a separate entrance, so you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll first arrive in the entryway, where we’ve set up a small play area for children. From here, you’ll enter the large, open living area. On the right-hand side is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. On the left is the living and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed. The second room is furnished with a bunk bed, a table, chairs, and a dresser, making it ideal for children or additional guests.
A parking space is available right in the courtyard. You’ll also find a cozy seating area directly in front of the apartment entrance, which invites you to linger, relax, or enjoy breakfast in the fresh air.
