Welcome to your holiday apartment in Überlingen – comfort and tranquility on Lake Constance
Our new, light-filled, and tastefully furnished apartment is located in a quiet residential area in eastern Überlingen. On a spacious 71 m², you will find a stylish retreat with a separate bedroom and an open living area with a pull-out sofa bed for one additional guest.
The apartment is accessible and can be reached comfortably by elevator directly from the underground garage. A private parking space is available for you there, as well as secure storage for bicycles.
Lake Constance, the Ost marina, and the Ost lido are just a few minutes' walk away. Bus and train connections are excellent, giving you full flexibility during your stay.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and includes all essential utensils.
For longer stays, you have access to a washing machine and dryer in the basement. In the living area, you will find an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and fast DSL internet.
Please note: The local tourist tax applies for guests aged 16 and over.
