「There is no AC in the main living areas. This is a problem when the temp outside is 100+. We really couldn't enjoy the house because it was too hot to move around. We were confined to the bedrooms. If you are traveling in cooler months this is a great option. The living area is large and nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nice little courtyard with pool and a large 2nd floor patio. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is good. Parking available on the street.」

「It was extremely clean , plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Wi-Fi was excellent. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the showers,which is hard to find in Mexico. 「Amazing, refreshing family holiday! We loved this quiet, private beach front property. Pool was well maintained. Property manager met us on initial check in! Great places to eat within walking distance and there was fruit and vegetables at a local market. Bedrooms (2) comfortable with air conditioner in each room. 「First, Rena's beachfront property, Casa Del Mar Esmeralda was every bit as beautiful as advertised. 「I felt I had found a diamond in the rough. The gate opened to a beautiful pool, in front of the large patio. The house was large and the layout was perfect for us. We have a large family and little children so safety was very important. One bedroom and bathroom on first floor so you didn’t have to climb steps to potty. 「The property, pool, beach are all as pictured. Modern home right on the beach. We enjoyed the pool after our beach walks. Netflix and internet always worked, property manager, Gregorio, was great. The town is further than it appears, you are “out there”, but that is the point. Mother Nature rules the roost, flamingo tour and mangroves of Sisal are amazing. We should all respect the nature and old ways of life in this fishing village without impacting the locals negatively. Palapa Soco- yumm!」
