Splendide havre de paix

La maison est splendide aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur! L’environnement est très calme, les extérieurs permettent d’apprécier le chant des oiseaux ! Mobilier d’extérieur et barbecue parfaits, literie des chambres très confortables.

Problème d eau chaude à répétition sur plusieurs jours , problème de gaziniere , problème avec les wc qui se bouchait , problème électrique dans la maison … pour 3000€ la semaine la qualité ´ était pas au rdv , Abritel c est terminé pour moi !

We have had a wonderful vacation-week with our family in Uchaux. The house is big enough for 9 peop

- During days with temperatures above 30 degrees it gets inside the house very warm. Unfortunately in the evening and night it is too hot on the first floor to have a good rest. We would advise to install an air conditioning system. - The swimming-pool is very nice, large enough and has an agreeable depth. It would be appreciated to receive some additional information about the alarm, quality system and water-level. We couldn’t find a filling-system, so we filled the pool twice with 5 cm of water ourselves. Also an explanation of the light-switches in and around the swimming-pool would be pleasant. - The kitchen is well equipped. We just missed tea glasses, small bowls and egg-cups. But that’s just a minor thing. - Some lamps are broken (f.y.i. on the terrace above the door).

très correct

nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. La maison est vraiment spacieuse, très jolie et originale, propre et facile d'entretien. Calme au milieu des vignes. La piscine est grande et entretenue par une personne bien sympathique. La région est magnifique et d’innombrables lieux à visiter sont à portée de main. noter toutefois qu'il convient de respecter les voisins qui souhaitent être au calme après minuit. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation. Dans la journée, pas gênant grâce à la piscine, mais la nuit, à l'étage, les ventilateurs furent les bienvenus. Toutefois nous recommandons. Merci pour avoir accepté nos 3 grands chiens.

Très bon séjour à Uchaux

Nous étions 10 amis et avons passé un très bon séjour à Uchaux. Les extérieurs sont très bien (Piscine, Terrasse ombragée, barbecue, garage avec table de ping-pong), vraiment rien à redire. Côté intérieur : cuisine parfait, très bien équipée avec 2 frigos, une super gazinière et tous les ustensiles nécessaires à une belle cuisine. Un salon qui reste frais en cas de forte chaleur. Concernant les 3 chambres à l'étage : il faisait horriblement chaud la nuit bien que volets et fenêtres fermés la journée, pas de clim, seulement 2 ventilateurs (très bruyants). Avons dû descendre les matelas au frais dans le salon. Les matelas sont de bonne qualité. Dans l'annonce il est inscrit "fête autorisée" sauf que le règlement intérieur sur place annonce qu'il ne faut plus faire de bruit après 22h. Premier jour, nous n'avions pas vu le règlement, les voisins ont débarqué à 22h30 en nous demandant de ne pas faire de bruit après minuit. Nous avons donc respecté la demande des voisins et nous ne les avons jamais revu. En dehors de ces 2 derniers points, tout fut vraiment parfait. Je recommande vraiment la maison.

Seul l'éclairage de la terrasse est critiquable, très joli mais relativement inefficace. Séjour excellent, à refaire.
