Não existe toalha de mão o que é terrível, apesar de trocarem diariamente a toalha de banho. O lugar é ruim, no meio do mato, no fim da rua que ainda não está asfaltada totalmente. Funcionários muito gentis, principalmente as do refeitório. Café da manhã básico, mas gostoso, servido com esmero pelas funcionárias. Não voltaria a me hospedar ali.

O Kiskenda é confortável. Possui uma piscina deliciosa e uma equipe pra lá de sensacional. O restaurante tem comidas em bom preço e muito gostosas. O café da manhã é bem gostoso também. Um ponto de melhoria que identificamos é a pouca pressão da água no chuveiro, isso me fez falta mas não deixa de cumprir sua função. Outro detalhe, quem não conhece as redondezas, pode ficar meio desapontado pois só se vê construções e uma rua relativamente sem comércio, mas há poucos minutos de caminhada, saindo do hotel para a esquerda, você vai se deparar com uma vilazinha charmosa, cheia de comércios, mercados, restaurantes, música ao vivo e muito mais. Amamos isso!! Foi uma grata surpresa!!

Excellent and clean hotel at the edge of Ubud

This hotel is located at the edge of Ubud and it has friendly staff. The rooms are very new, well maintained, and thoroughly cleaned every day. The breakfast is good but it has only a few options.

What a stay!!!!

Amazing service!!! First of all, easy early check-in after their shuttle picked us up from the airport. Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious room. 5 min walk to central Ubud, but hotel himself very quiet. Delicious food at the restaurant. One of our favorites places in Bali!!!

Lovely hotel, highly recommended

Since we arrived in Kiskenda, the staff was very welcoming, helpful and charming. The room, the swimming pool and the dining area were perfect. We felt even better than in our home. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!!!

Très bon séjour

Très bon hôtel, situé dans une rue calme à proximité du centre (10 minutes à pied). Dans la rue de l'hôtel, on trouve restaurants, vendeurs de fruits, markets, massages, agence de voyage,... La fin de la rue (où se situe l'hôtel) est en construction mais pas dérangeant. Les chambres sont propres et modernes. La baie vitrée ne ferme pas bien...insonorisation très moyenne. Le personnel est souriant et compétant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais peu varié si on y fait un long séjour.

The place is new with work to finish upper floor but not a problem, I was expecting a little bit better but was slightly disappointed. Breakfast options poor needs improving, also location to far out for us and the action ( bars good restaurants)was 10 mins from monkey forest. Staff were good but got our orders wrong most of the time, no safe in room told to lock valuables in wardrobe," WEIRD" Its still a nice hotel

Quiet Hotel

Nice little hotel that appears to still be under construction (but no noise when I was there). Nice pool, big comfortable bed. They have a small TV and mini fridge. Good a/c. Located very close to the Monkey forest, restaurants, spas and hiking trails through the rice fields. However the area the hotel is located in can feel a little dark at night time. Wifi was spotty, so I relied on my tourist SIM card. Good options for breakfast, though not all you can eat. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel, but a new business

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This feels like a small family business. The friendliest of staff I have experienced anywhere, with genuine smiles on the face all the time. Very Welcoming. The room itself was was very comforting, spacious and a prime location with a view second to none. The business as a whole, feels like its a new venture for them and they have a lot to learn, on the small details. Example, there was room service but there was no phone in the room to call for one. The wifi is available only in the restaurant and not in the rooms. there was one bin in the whole room.providing a couple of bottles of water per day would be nice. The building itself hasnt been completed yet, however, the construction work does not disturb you in the room, its very quiet and private. All these minor issues I believe are also due to the fact the building isnt completed yet. So should be rectified soon. I look forward to staying in the place in the future.
