"The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious for the Marquette area. It was very reasonably priced as well. We did have a some issues with controlling the heat, but the staff was very helpful in addressing it. They also offered extra blankets. We were very satisfied and would return and our next visit to the area."

"It was a great little house for us and the price was right. We were up there for my wife's graduation from NMU. (Online student but wanted to walk) It was about a 40 min drive to campus but we knew that coming in. There were a couple small things that could be improved on. The back bedroom register cover needs to fixed as it is squeaky when heat was one, one ice cube tray is broken, could use a clock on the wall someplace, entertanment center door needs repair, and back door window needs replaced as it was shattered on the outside.(which the owner said a new one was going to be ordered) Those things didn't ruin our trip just ways to improve the house. We enjoyed our stay and the Northwoods pizza from down the street is worth a try. Would stay again if the opportunity arose."

"This place is super comfy, great space for a small group or family. Reminded me of log cabins I stayed in as a child with the wood smell and comfy surroundings. Well equipped kitchen, excellent appliances with everything you need to cook a large or small meal. 2 full bathrooms was a nice luxury to have as well. Wasn’t able to check out surrounding area much but very close to the river and the lake which is very convenient."
