I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. 「The room was out dated and it had a roach problem. The moment I entered I saw roaches as I closed the door. I had no choice staying there because I had a day surgery and I didn’t have time to find another room. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to pour water in it just to get it to flush. I would not recommend this place at all. I was worried about bed bugs all night. I told the manager at checkout and he says we don’t have any of those issues. 「Amazing breakfast choices! Beautiful location right next to a park and also a splash pad for kids. Went on a walk in nature and my 6yr old got to get energy out at playground! Staff was super helpful and amazing ! Would definitely visit again!」
