「Cozy hotel in the heart of Batumi. Staffs are very helpful. Things that need improvement and attention are the smell that permeated the toilet and the lack of tissue paper. But overall nice hotel.」

「Everything is fine starting from reception to checkout. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast is fit for purpose but sitting space is bit crowded with some sitting away from buffet area. Room cleaning timing is long so by 4pm it is still not done.」
