"Me and my wife came up for Thanksgiving week, the cabin was very nice, and quiet , it has a great view of the mountains and there were a ton of deer that like to hangout in the front yard, and the lake out front has some nice large mouth bass . "Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The hosts thought of every little detail. When we arrived the treehouse was warm and cozy with holiday music playing softly in the background with a cinnamon bun and dog treat waiting for us on the counter. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas and every bit of comfort was there if needed. The home was well stocked with anything you could need. The beds were so comfy and even had adjustable heaters for each person! The 83 acres of land were breathtaking and made you feel so relaxed just taking in the beautiful scenery. We visited West Jefferson and Lansing to shop and eat and enjoy drinks at the Old Barn Winery, Molley Chompers and a few of the local restaurants and breweries. I highly recommend staying at any of the properties here on there land. We will definitely be back in the spring to explore more!! Thanks Ken and Courtney for such amazing accommodations! "
