This four bedroom, three 1/2 bath home is located on Duck Lake in Twin Lake, Michigan.

Enjoy picturesque views of the spring-fed lake from all three levels of the home. A large wrap around porch and private porch off of the master all overlook the lake. The home is completely furnished in Northern Woods and Lake motif, including rustic and log, Amish-made queen sized beds in bedrooms (three queen beds, one twin). Air conditioning is only located in the four bedroom area

Enjoy sunsets, peaceful mornings, calls of nature, hiking, kayaking, row-boating, and swimming. Fishing?

Family Reunion Golf Outing

Lake house vacation

The lake house was a great choice for my family. The kids loved fishing off the dock, swimming, and rowing. My wife and I prized the tranquility and relaxing on the deck. It’s still close enough to Muskegon that it was easy to run in and out, and we appreciated the cleanliness and roominess for all of us!

We were very impressed with this cottage, from the second we entered. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. And then there were the views of the lake. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and overall an awe...experience. Would love to return. Thank you for a great vacation.

Beautiful house in a great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property with plenty of space. Greg provided all the information well ahead of time and also was in touch with us through our stay. The pictures do not do justice to this property with beautiful views from the deck and balcony. Very comfortable beds and clean appointments. Highly recommend it.

Was in area for daughters wedding and we found this gem. The owers communication was excellent. This area was so nice and peaceful very little activity on lake that weekend which made it even better

Nice Family Getaway

We totally enjoyed our stay for 2 nights in early September. We enjoyed rowing and swimming in the lake. Very quiet and private home. Host was very responsive. The nearest grocery was about 30 minutes away. Very clean with comfortable beds. Definitely recommend.

Great family getaway at the lake

The house is nice and big. It was very clean without any musty smells that you sometimes get at lake houses. The owner was kind and quick with communication. We had two dogs and a big family, and it was more than enough space. There are beautiful views of the lake from the decks, which make for a very peaceful setting.

Great Place

The house was much bigger than expected from the pictures online. Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults. The covered wrap around porch was perfect for those rainy evenings. The host Greg was amazing. He is very accessible and answers your questions promptly. Would definitely recommend this place for a great getaway on the lake.

Property worked well for us!

The property was perfect for our group of 6 adults! Lots of room in the living room and downstairs common area. The kitchen was plenty big enough for all 6 of us to be cooking at once. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, bowls and cooking utensils. The owner was very responsive to answer some questions I had before we arrived. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Quiet and lovely location

We couldn't stop gazing out the front window at the beautiful view. But when we finally managed to pull away from that view, we saw a spacious, clean, nicely decorated space. Everything we needed was at hand. The owner/manager made all instructions clear and easy to follow.

Beautiful Lake House Getaway

The pictures didnt do this place justice. Tucked away in a private wooded neighborhood alongside a gorgeous little lake. The open concept home and breathtaking lake view made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There's lots of room in this 3 story home with a walk out basement. It has a lot of steps, so if you may not enjoy it as much if you're not very mobile. I took the row boat out and caught some fish and enjoyed the wildlife. The sunsets are amazing from this property,

"Snoopy Land" Adventures

We had the most amazing family vacation. The house was absolutely perfect to feel like everyone wasn't right on top of each other with some of the most picturesque views. The lake itself is extremely sandy and shallow for young children. There was everything we needed to have wonderful family meals every night. Add in the fact that Michigan Adventure is only about 15 minutes away and you have a perfect vacation for all of us! There are quite a few stairs to get down to the lake itself so if traveling with individuals who this would be an issue for would advise against but for us it was more than fine!

Great family time

We loved it here. Rustic area but the home had everything we were looking for. Right on a small lake and we all enjoyed the fishing from the dock. Lake is several steps down from the house and the trip back up took some time. The house is roomy and has all the conveniences of home. Most stores etc were a short drive. Can't wait to schedule another trip to this house.

Way Exceeded Expectations

My son and I spent the weekend there with my two labrador retrievers. The property is absolutely gorgeous. It sits overlooking a very tranquil and beautiful lake. We heard and saw birds constantly. There was no road, human, or motor noise at all. We brought our kayaks and enjoyed the lake. Our dogs enjoyed a swim,( it was too cold for us still this early in the year!) The house is extremely comfortable. You could easily have a much larger group here. Property manager was a delight to interact with. We would return in a heartbeat and hope to do so.

Peaceful

My family had a very peaceful time at this property. The lake is quiet, and we were able to relax the whole week. The house and decks are very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the host provided essentials such as hand soap and toilet paper. The views from the decks are exceptional! We saw and heard so many different types of birds. The week we stayed was particularly hot and muggy, so the air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated! The only thing we want to mention to future renters is that there are quite a few stairs down to the lake and dock. The stairs are fairly steep. We were fine with them, but we wanted to mention them for people who may have difficulty with stairs. The host provided deck chairs, but if you want to sit down by the lake you have to carry the chairs down the stairs and then back up again at the end of your stay. It was definitely worth it, but again, may be difficult for some people. This property is quite beautiful, quiet, and serene. We were able to see a bald eagle on a few occasions too! Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Thank you!
