Great place with lots of room!This was our third time back and this place never disappoints. Don't get too loud after 10:00 pm outside. Neighbor yelled at us once but that was 3 years ago. No trouble since.Finally got to meet Greg the owner this time. He is really nice and accommodating.

The house was just what we were looking for. Quiet, rustic area, and a lake. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very cooperative, so we couldnt venture out and enjoy the water.

The house and property both were absolutely beautiful. The house was clean, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of towels for me and 3 teenage boys. My 15 year old was excited for this trip because he loves fishing. I took him out on the row boat and he spent most of his time fishing off the dock. The water was warm and you could see the bottom of the lake. There are a couple neighbors but you don't really see them. It felt secluded and it was very quiet. The view from the deck is breathtaking. We loved our stay at this hidden gem.

The house is fantastic. Very comfortable and the views can't be beat. Greg is very easy to get in touch with when we had questions. We loved swimming in Duck Lake but then easy drive to get to Lake Michigan beaches as well.

Paradise in Twin Lake

This place was fantastic. The pictures don’t do it justice. Secluded and quit on the lake but 30 minutes from Muskegon and Lake Michigan. Host was very responsive and we had everything we needed. The little private beach was nice for taking a dip and the dock and rowboat are a nice touch for fishermen. I caught a Northern Pike, some sunnies, and several bass. One was 3 lbs. Plenty of room for parking and enough room in the house and deck for a nice family reunion (within reason). Will stay again when visiting family in the area.

Duck Lake Nice Stay

This was a great stay for my family. The house was plenty big for the 5 of us. The lake was great for swimming. You do have to walk down like 40 stairs to get to the lake, but wort it. The best part i could take my large black lab there, we loved that the most.

The house was spacious, modern, and clean, and the property was beautiful. We especially enjoyed grilling on the wrap-around deck with a view of the water, and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The lake was shallow and clear--perfect for our kids jumping off the dock.

Wonderful week away

We had such a great week. Everything that you could need was provided. We made a grocery run, cooked everything in the very well appointed kitchen and every night enjoyed a camp fire. The kids were in the lake everyday swimming and fishing.

Nice & Quiet

Had everything we needed! Teens forgot about their personal devices and we all enjoyed the lake for swimming & fishing. The view was incredible with so many spots to hangout together or with a book.

Great stay for family of 6

This home was very clean upon arrival. Stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. The host was quick to respond. The location was very good for us having friends that live in Muskegon. Would certainly stay again in the future.

Very Sad

We booked this for a weekend wedding. The day of our check in my youngest brother died unexpectedly. I reached out to the owner for a full or partial refund and he said there was nothing he could do. I then reached out to VRBO for assistance and after some conversations they indicated that the owner was not willing to refund any of the money. Very upsetting that he could not find it in his heart to do the right thing

We were very impressed with this cottage, from the second we entered. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. And then there were the views of the lake. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and overall an awe...experience. Would love to return. Thank you for a great vacation.

Beautiful Lake House Getaway

The pictures didnt do this place justice. Tucked away in a private wooded neighborhood alongside a gorgeous little lake. The open concept home and breathtaking lake view made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There's lots of room in this 3 story home with a walk out basement. It has a lot of steps, so if you may not enjoy it as much if you're not very mobile. I took the row boat out and caught some fish and enjoyed the wildlife. The sunsets are amazing from this property,

Lake house vacation

The lake house was a great choice for my family. The kids loved fishing off the dock, swimming, and rowing. My wife and I prized the tranquility and relaxing on the deck. It’s still close enough to Muskegon that it was easy to run in and out, and we appreciated the cleanliness and roominess for all of us!
