Meals can be enjoyed inside or alfresco under the covered entertaining area with gas BBQ. There is a fully fenced yard for kids and a dog to play.
There are 3 bedrooms – master with queen bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ensuite, second bedroom with a queen bed.
The third bedroom is perfect for kids with 1 queen bed and 2 king singles, plus access to the second TV/ media room. All rooms have ceiling fans for year round comfort.
There is a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also driveway parking for one car.
Enjoy swimming or fishing in the Tweed River, or take a nice, flat bike ride or stroll into Coolangatta to enjoy the surf beaches.
There are a range of restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs to choose from between Tweed and Coolangatta and its only a 6 minute drive to the Gold Coast airport.
Pet friendly property for one dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Your dog is welcome to join you on holidays, however is not permitted in the 2 carpeted bedrooms, or on any beds or furniture. Dogs must not be left alone at the property at any time and all waste must be removed on departure.
Linen
All linen and basic toiletries is supplied, beds will be made before arrival.
Access
Access is via a lockbox at the property, further information will be provided closer to arrival.
