The staff on the phone were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and tidy but the beds made a huge amount of noise, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the curtains let all of the outside light in. Our family had an early morning flight and I think we got about 3 hours sleep. The shower was a saving grace!

For a quick stopover, it is a fine spot. The AC in the room is fine, the bed is relatively comfortable, and the kitchenette is good to have, which has a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, some plates and bowls, utensils, and dish soap. It is easy to park as the spot is right outside the unit. However, there are quite a few noticeable issues. The reception is rarely staffed (maybe because it is between Christmas and New Year) so good luck if you have any questions or need any help. The bed rolls and you can't lock it in place. The bedsheet had a literal hole. The walls around the kitchennette had stains that either resembled either blood or tomato sauce. The shower doesn't have the best water pressure and isn't the warmest. The room also lacked outlets so we ended up charging our phone by the kitchennette.

Saw a show at Twin Towns and this was the perfect spot to stay. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the property had a secure car park. Manage was super helpful

This motel was great ..Nice and quiet with a clean pool in a private area . The owner at the front dest was very friendly and informative - giving me clear instructions on how to open the gate and return the key when I left early in the morning. I felt safe in the motel as there is a big gate at the front, so only motel patrons can access the grounds . The motel is a 5 min walk to the local coach stop . I got a coach and train back to Sydney and it was a very scenic and enjoyable trip . I would stay at this motel again ..

Seriously? You charge a good hotel rate for this? How long ago you fixed the shower or cleaned the vent? Ancient aircon - even if you turn off yours, you still can't sleep because you hear neighbours'. Not even decent pillows and blankets. This is beyond disgusting
